Today recipe is the soft and tasty pastry cake recipe. It’s absolutely delicious cake recipe.

INGREDIENTS :

Dry ingredients :

1/2 cup all purpose flour

2 tbsp cornflour

1 tbsp milk powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp baking soda

A pinch of salt

Cake batter:

Eggs :2

Vanilla essence : 1/2 tsp

Sugar :6 tbsp (add gradually)

Vegetable oil : 1 tbsp

Milk : 1/4 cup (warm milk)

Whipping cream : 3/4 cup

Powdered sugar :2 tsp

Vanilla essence :1/2 tsp

For filling :

Strawberry crush for taste

Sugar syrup :

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

Boiled well. When the sugar is well dissolved turn off the flame and cool completely and place in the refrigerator for few minutes. Sugar syrup is ready.
